      There is an article on code about Watson. She is leaving Vixens. No one can say this one is made up as it includes an interview with Watson herself. Knew before WC she was leaving Vixens.

        I wonder why she is leaving? Vixen players don’t normally leave unless they’re chasing more court time or not wanted by the team.

          Had a few different reasons, personal and professional. Moving there with her partner.

          Wants to play another 4 year cycle, thinks this will give her the push she needs to be able to do that.

          Spoke about how much she loves Vixens and her teammates. Jokes she will pass them the ball and wishes them the best.

          Not in the article but I know Watson loves (adores the beach) and she loved living in the hub. She is 30 soon and this is the chance to live near the beach.

          The article memotioned the Diamonds are training together in groups in their home states. I saw on netballvic IG a message by Watson and Mundy (clearly after training) congratulating the Vic Marie Little team. Hmmm why is Mundy training with Diamonds :yahoo: (yeah could just be for Fast 5, don’t burst my bubble B-) )

                I’d say Vixens would know who they are signing as Watson made her decision some time ago.

                Mundy will be the starting WA. I know I’m a broken record but they should go with Zara Walters. Backing in Mundy a few years ago has paid off so why not again?

                Would provide symmetry to Browne’s career to go back to Vixens. I just never thought that would happen. But then again I didn’t think Madi would go back after Fever either so….

                Jordan Cransberg was a Vixens TP for 3 years so I guess she could be an option as well. But she looks settled in WA with Zoe and having moved her medical studies.

                  Weird how Vixens haven’t posted anything seeing as Code apparently broke the news Watson is leaving. Surely that’s not how their members found out?

                          Codes reporting that Pretorius has opted to miss next season despite interest from two other clubs. I wonder if she’ll look to play in the UK after that.
