Giants look to be the most well-rounded team to me at the moment, so long as Harten maintains good form. Ward is a huge boost to their defensive end, Dwyer looks even better since her international experience, and they’ve strengthened their midcourt depth. Probably still the best super shot team, which I expect to be crucial this year.
Lightning’s defensive end is still a bit of a question mark to me. Enjoying everything else about them though. Leesa Mi Mi is looking great, and the Watson/Koenen connection has gotten so strong. Most of all, I’m super excited for Batcheldor. She’s a huge talent, and will benefit so much from being supported by Fretwell, Watson & Koenen. Already seeing a lot to like from her.
