Hi Marley08 – I think they changed the date the tickets go on sale, because I had it originally diarised for today, but now i have it down for midday tomorrow (Thurs). So I am assuming I will receive some sort of code in the morning??

Well, I tried to get tickets! Gosh I hate this new Ticketek system. It just locks me out after waiting in a virtual queue and I get this meesage:
Your queue position is no longer available
Due to a change in your network, or use of unauthorised software, your queue position has been denied. Please access the site via the official URL.
Has this happened to anyone else??

So public tickets aren’t on sale yet? It doesn’t say that anywhere, and I cannot seem to add any tickets.

Amanda Louise, I have had the problem. So frustrating! I am away so have to do on my iPhone. I cleared the cache, downloaded the app, still to no avail. After an hour of trying I then log into the caravan park wi fi. Using the app I get as far as choosing tickets, then it’s says tickets are available 12pm WST, I am in WA. I only recall seeing it was 12pm EST, I will check my emails, and try at 12pm. Hope you were got the tickets.

SBNETTY I did finally get tickets, but only because I asked my son to do it from his office. So something in my house did not like the internet! I had tried all the cache clearing restarting stuff to no avail. Plus this is the first time I have come across the ‘virtual lounge’ and after all the dust had cleared, i read that you should log in 30 minutes before the tickets go on sale. SO many complications!

Eventually got tickets. Good seats , so worth the frustration ! Checked the Diamonds website and it did say 12pm AEST, however email from Fever 12pm AWST.
