Would be great to see Horjus debut on her home court.
I would think Aryang is probably ahead of Garrett in Stacey’s pecking order. And I think Price may be ahead of Parmenter. So…
Garbin
Austin
Watson
Hadley
Price
Aryang
KlauStacey doesn’t strike me as being a sentimental person (debuts, home courts etc) however if the Diamonds needed a lift, the “eighth player”, could you imagine the noise if Horjus came on court in Adelaide? The roof would lift and England wouldn’t know what to do!
It is on Kayo Freebies.
does anyone know if it’s available to watch in NZ other than on netballpass?
I’ve found it on championshipdata but would prefer to watch rather than follow just the stats
I think you have to get netball pass.
No Horjus 😭
But Ellis! 👏

Aussie starting 7 was exactly as I predicted! England lineup is pretty predictable too, although I still don’t understand leaving Fadoju off.
I feel like Aus should take this comfortably (is in 5-8). However, even though they had average seasons this year, I am expecting Housby/Cardwell to really lift.
1/4 time: AUS 17-12
Garbin 12/12 (100%)
Austin 5/6 (83%)Cardwell 7/7 (100%)
Housby 5/5 (100%)Gains: AUS 3-2
Penalties: ENG 15-7
Turnovers: ENG 8-5A competitive even opening before strong all court defence from the Diamonds forced the Roses into some errors.
Some bad passes from the Diamonds (especially Garbin) making Quashie look good- of course she’s playing well too!
Klau and Aryang making it difficult to feed the English circle.
