                  Would’ve been dissapointed to see a shooter replacement to be fair good chance to give Austin free and graham a chance to develop

                  What positions does visser play? Would she slot into GD?

                    She’s a gd and gk, wouldn’t be surprised if she fills in for Shamera who may be on limited minutes.

                    They must’ve planned this out after the Jamaica series because reteif was selected to play for thunder in the NSL over Visser as a temp replacement player for smith.

                      Yeah, when Retief was chosen, I did wonder about it being her and not Visser.

                      The Jamaicans at the Tbirds probably recommended Visser.

                        Is JFN completely out for this season?
                        Can she be pulled in by Fever eg injury cover etc?
                        Or is Kumwenda just a temporary replacement player, until JFN is ready to return?

                            Those that have been calling for a Weston GK Eddy GD combo finally get their wish. Vixens up by 9 QT . Pretty close until supershot period. Good experience for Magic testing how the 2 pt shot works

                            Starting seves were Garbin GS / Austin GA / Mundy WA / Moloney C / Walters WD / Eddy GD / Weston GK (Eddy had a few intercepts and touches)
                            Magic Tui GS / Ekenasio GA / O’Brien WA / Wilshire C / not sure WD / Mahi GD / Maekare GK

                              Finally they try Weston at GK with Eddy. That is the Vixens’ best 7 for mine. Eddy and Walters are so strong at bringing the ball through court. Walters had an intercept and Eddy about 3 or 4. Eddy could find herself a Diamonds dress if she can consistently play GD, such a ball winner in that position.

                                  I’ve often thought Eddy is probably the best current Australian player to have not made a Diamonds squad. Would love to see her get a go.
