    Cobden has had such terrible luck across her career. So sad to see.

    I guess we’ll see a midcourt of Metcalf/Clarke/Malcolm now. I wonder if Thirlby will be tempted to push one of Francis-Bayman or Guscoth out to WD. I think that defensive midcourt will struggle to contain Watson/Hadley and Crampton/Souness.

    Absolutely gutted for Beth – she seems to have no luck at all.

    I’d be inclined to put FB at WD – Guscoth is so valuable at GD that I wouldn’t tinker there. Although we do have the option of Malcolm or Allison as well…an embarrassment of riches!

    Sport is cruel huh, Glad that she got to play the final of 2018 atleast, otherwise you’d have to say she has the worst luck with injury timings (even to rival Madi browne)
