I really like and admire Chelsea but it doesn’t say anywhere in that article that she has coaching experience. I do hope she doesn’t suffer the same fate as Firebirds coaches seem to when they are not credentialed at tge highest level, particularly as she is starting up a new franchise of which great things will be expected

Agreeing with @amandalouise. All respect for Chelsea as a player following her dreams, moving teams and leagues (countries) to keep playing. However…
How does England Netball and NSL 2.0 (or whatever it’s calling itself) expect to be taken seriously? All the media about professionalism in the new league, cutting teams to make a “more professional” league and a head coach is appointed with no coaching experience other than franchise run junior coaching days?
What’s that saying about doing the same thing over again but expecting different results?

Totally agree with @amandalouise and @schmeetle – what about all those coaches who have been learning their craft leading Prem League clubs really successfully, let alone those who were running other franchises, who are being side stepped for a “name”? I really hope I’m proved wrong but them more I hear about this ludicrous league, the more I’m worried.
