Rav to replace Browne? She’s in QLD with Treloar
After a long and decorated career at the elite level, Madi Browne has called time on her @SuperNetball career. She departs as one of the all-time great mid-courters of the game. ⭐
Thank you Madi for all you have brought to Collingwood and the sport of netball. 💕

Sad that she couldn’t see out the season. But she’s been amazing.
Would love to see Poi back. I know that’s impossible but if this was any other year they would have done it for sure!! ☹️
I don’t think it’s going to be Rav either. I get the impression she just wants to focus on Georgie.
Also how would it work with her and Adam mixing? Would that be ok for SSN/AFL?I’m pretty sure SSN isn’t a bubble, it’s a hub. So unless AFL would have an issue with it I see no reason why Rav couldn’t be reintroduced.
We’re pleased to announce that South Australia’s Matrics player, Tyler Orr will join Collingwood as a replacement player for the team’s midcourt. 🤗
She will join the playing squad this Saturday in Adelaide ahead of Sunday's round ten match.

YES! Amazing opportunity for Orr who has been training with the Thunderbirds and involved in sooo many state teams now. Can’t wait to see what she can bring
MASSIVE in for @collingwoodsn. Tyler is a strong defensive mid with a steadier style than the other Magpies midcourters. Co-captain of the SA u19 title winning side & MVP of their grand final vs NSW. A massive step up, but another @NetballSA star getting a chance 🤩 https://t.co/MGoog6nT53

South Australia has so much young talent. It’s astonishing that the Thunderbirds have been performing so poorly for so long, culture seems to have played a role.
There was plenty of fight but unfortunately the Pies just couldn't hold on.

I really noticed in this game how little notice the players take of Rob Wright, his days really are numbered I think. At multiple points he was struggling to get everyone’s attention and when he did players seemed disengaged. I think one of the biggest things from last year was how they started winning when he was absent and the assistant coaches were running.
Obviously I understand that this year he has a very inexperienced team but I still think it’s time for the Pies to start afresh.Yeah I haven’t really been that impressed with his coaching the last couple of years. Leaving the Swifts has turned out to be an enormous mistake, at least from a professional perspective.
I can’t stand listening to him in the huddle. He mumbles along, struggling to get a message across. I agree, the players look disengaged- but also the assistant coaches have that same, confused look too. Is he signed to coach next year?
I do agree the players look disinterested but surely it is their responsibility to respect him and listen to what he says in the huddle. To be honest it does seem at times as though he has to fight to be heard, maybe if they just gave him respect and listened to him to from the start without his assistant coaches getting involved then he might be able to get his message across in a more succinct and direct manner. Then if his tactics and direction don’t work you can’t blame anyone but the coach, but right now I don’t think that is happening.
LISTEN |@GevaMentor has re-signed with @collingwoodsn until the end of 2021, the Magpies are aiming to get another win on the board tomorrow night against the Giantshttps://t.co/V5mR1VpjSx
