      Dear friends

Trying to stimulate some discussion, who do you think has really not grown or contributed in a while? Maybe a senior enough player, like 25-30 years old, trying to develop them? And who would you attempt to replace them with? I mean in terms of their growth as a person and player. We have seen certain players stay in their club for 15 years and excel, but others have to move to be revitalised such as Renee Ingels (Hallinan).

One bad example – Laura Scherian keeps growing and should not be replaced

One borderline example – Kim Rav, a strong change could improve her game

One other example – Sam Poolman has improved but not enough and could be replaced by Shamera Sterling or Courtney Bruce. The influence of Fitzgerald might well make Sterling or Bruce the best in the world.

I thought maybe this was going to be about Steph Wood! Sadly, her game at the international level seemed to fall away last year. Hope she can get back on track. :-(
