The new site looks great – well done everyone working on the update. I seem to have a persistent problem though. After getting back online and signing on, every attempt at accessing the site was met with a Forbidden 403 error. I have found I can avoid it by disconnecting from my Optus nbn internet, and using the mobile 4G connection on my phone. I presumed this was a DNS problem with the Optus domain name server not resolving the netballscoop address, but using public DNS addresses (8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1) hasn’t helped. This looks like a problem at my end rather than yours (or perhaps somewhere in between), but any suggestions for a fix would be very welcome.

          Hi Caribou,
Thank you for keeping us updated. I did advise our web designer about your problem, but I am glad you have resolved it. Please let us know if you do experience any other errors.

          Thanks, Katrina

            Mine was a 404 ERROR

            I disappeared completely for awhile

But 48 hours laters having done a lot of techno stuff which I’ve no idea how or what I was doing seem to rebooted or at least reinvented myself same username but had to completely cancel everything and start again with a new password.

Anyway I’m in and up and running now.

The site is certainly different so it will take me awhile to work my around it.
