Have you sorted out your password issue?
Just in case: In your user profile, select ‘generate password’. From there you have the choice to override the new password by simply deleting it and typing in a new one. It will tell you whether your new password is ‘weak’, ‘medium’ or ‘strong’. Once you’re happy make you save your profile change. 😉
