The Northern Mystics have confirmed the ANZ Premiership winning coaching combination of Head Coach Helene Wilson and Assistant Coach Rob Wright will return next year…
Love to see what Rob can do, to help develop Falkner’s game.
Michaela Sokolich-Beatson readies for return after injury-ravaged two years
Would love to see MSB have really consistent game time to get back into the groove and put forward her case for the Ferns.
However I think we’ll only see her in WD as don’t imagine Wilson will change up the Karaka/Fitzpatrick. Only playing WD may count against her unfortunately when it comes to the pointy end for CWG selections..
I’d love to see her back and firing. I think she’ll get game time in the circle at the beginning of the season while Fitzpatrick fights to regain full fitness.
But I am also looking forward to seeing what Carys Stythe can do at this level.

"Across the club we've had 15 cases of Covid in the past fortnight so to bring up younger players into the Mystics when they are recovering from Covid that's what the challenge is."

Straight out of high school, Carys Stythe never expected to play a role in the @northernmystics defence of their @ANZPremiership title this topsy-turvy season, but she's lapping up the chance to learn from the best defenders in the game. @SaintKentigern1 https://t.co/T0ZAOwhgmP
