Fantastic appointment by Pulse. be interesting to see if she will bring over any Australians with her.
Ok, have had my morning coffee. Here’s the link to the article I mentioned.
If you can’t access it, it is mostly about Lisa’s travails with her attempts to coach in the AFL. However this tantalising quote about CBass:
“I think she’s still good for 40 goals a game at least at the Super Netball level,” Alexander said. “I’m scratching my head about why she hasn’t been snapped up … if we put our offer into her for London Pulse, I hope she considers it. But I don’t know whether she wants to travel, she has just been in New Zealand and didn’t work out as well as she might have wanted. I know she loved the club (Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic) but she’s got things that are happening in her personal life that you have to consider these days.
Hmm interesting, Burger was awful last season they just couldn’t seem to feed her…sound familiar?
If she does decide to come to Pulse, they train together a lot so can work through any issues.
LAs appointment is a good move, Pulses junior teams are good but rely too much on the back space and don’t reoffer.
