I wonder what this will mean for the SSN?
“Three day” lockdown won’t affect the scheduled matches if it is only three days but would affect trainings and player morale. Poor Akle, gets to Qld only to have to go into lockdown.
I believe AFL is flying all their teams out of QLD today… not sure SSN has the budget.
Hopefully it’s only 3 days and/or QLD gov give exemptions for sport otherwise we’re in a bit of troubleTop 4 are 99% sorted, so just take a break and go to the play offs
hopefully it will only be 3 days. Where would they fly the teams to next? Perth? Feel for the players because if they cannot train and have to play Wednesday is that fair? Will they be more prone to injuries. where have the AFL flown to?
We're… staying put.
The @SuperNetball will remain in the Sunshine State while discussions with the Queensland Government continue ??

<<Feel for the players because if they cannot train and have to play Wednesday is that fair?>>
Isn’t there a game on Monday and another two on Tuesday? They’re still listed on the Fixture
Will be Wednesday at the earliest before any fixtures are played. Be interesting to know what is going on behind the scenes. Are Netball australia consulting’s the clubs, players as to scenarios to what comes next, Is hope so. Can the teams play 2 games in 48 hours with minimal training? If you look to the Uk VNSL went ahead during lockdown and what was needed was regular testing of the teams before games,
The three remaining matches of Round 13 will go ahead as planned, but strict coronavirus protocols have been introduced, meaning no crowds will be in attendance.
