A team need to sign Vui. She is wasted at Mystics and has a lot of potential. Tui also.

Players will have next year to impress Noels, so now is the time to move and been seen

Very interesting. I love a good shuffle of players. The 2022 Silverferns team is the one you want to make. So being on the radar next year is so important for their prospects. Burger and Watson sounds delightful. But I will miss the Jane!!! screams from Miss F. I guess she will be screaming someone else’s name next year.

Will miss the Watson/Faka combo! They are great together and with another pre season together they would have developed even more!. If Faka is heading to Magic, I guess she will be closer to family but also out of her comfort zone. Will most likely be a tier 1 player at Magic.

Tong/Faka could also become another special combination IF Faka is heading there.

I wonder who Steel will have in 2021

I’ll be honest I’m not the biggest fan of partnerships at SFs level being played in club level- especially shooting and defensive combos.

Folau/ Latu- great partnership at mystics, never translated well for the ferns.

Langman/lees- Again showed promise at ferns level, couldn’t replicate it for the mystics.

Kopua/ De Bruin: red hot in their early years for ferns/Magic, by the end players and coaches found the chinks in their armour.

Idk immediately to me theirs an expectation that if that duo is starting for the ferns, then it should translate well in club, idk :/

That said I’m looking forward to Watson/Burger combo growing at Tactix IF TRUE- their explosive together.

A shame if Faka is leaving. Would have thought maybe Stars would be more fitting than Magic??

So excited to see what Gail can do with the Pulse – she really helped Scotland when she coached us so it’s a great chance to see her coach at this high level!

Quiet day in the NZ 2021 rumour mill.
When do we think other teams will confirm their signings?

I heard the Mystics is this week, but maybe that’s a rumor as well.

    Mystics I’m predicting:

    Nweke Mes Vui
    Earle Toevea Ioane Nathan
    Burley SB Fitzpatrick

    Tui to join Pulse

    Just guessing!

Solid team very little movement assuming everyone is fit.

A little light on WA/C maybe?
