Good to get some clarification but about this: ‘The league is finalising details of 2021 squad sizes and plans to make an announcement soon’
I mean how can they expect teams to build a roster not knowing if it will be 10 or 12 players? Or is this just a reference to the general extended squad size on game day – i.e. two TPs can be on the bench? Because salary cap has not been increased so I’m assuming if they go with team of 12 on game day, they would have to be TPs.

Such a great interview, I love how highly he speaks of her and the immense recognition he gives her for everything she has sacrificed (which she deserves). Recommend watching if you’ve got a spare few minutes, it’s great to see him explain the whole situation of the last few days and how the attention should have been less on where he was playing and more on her as it was her career move. He also touched on the fact that it was disappointing that Rav wasn’t able to break the news herself. He implies that she was not offered a contract at Collingwood.

I would love to see a midcourt of Dunkley, Rav, Cassidy and Simpson. For me, MiMi probably needs to move somewhere with a stronger structure such as lightning and learn how to reign it in a little as I do find she can be a little unstructured and frantic.

This is great news, all three have such great potential. Wouldn’t mind seeing a bit of Hinchliffe at GD with Ellis back at GK, and it gives Jenner the occasional rest.

Great move by everyone involved! Jenner and Hinchliffe are proving to be a awesome duo! And Ellis has resigned with a club that will provide her some court time. Ellis also brings meaningful change to the back end so great decisions all around!

Omg I really hope Rav comes back into some amazing form – she copped so much flak at Collingwood. She looks so happy after some time off and she thrived at Firebirds before

Simpson at Swifts would be amazing – they need a stronger WD! That plus an uninjured Maddy turner will help them back into the grand final – but doubt Simpson would leave Firebirds after being captain and so loyal to them

I loved Treloars interview, he really stood up for her and backed her in and it showed that he respects her career and her sport as being just as worthy as his own. We need to see more of this from male athletes.

Yes, 100 % agree Jbss, it was extremely enjoyable to watch an AFL player give equal credit and respect to netball players.
