I’d be devastated if Neville left and on top of that she took Cardwell too. The Thunderbirds have a good thing going, I’d like to see them try to build on that.
My understanding is that Cardwell signed for the Tbirds before Neville did, or at least it happened independently of each other. They weren’t a package deal, which gives me hope they wouldn’t go to the new team together if Neville went.

If Neville is the coach then they should try and bring Garrett home and recruit Funmi Fadoju. Allie Smith would be a good target and wonder if ATN wants a freshen up and move back to Victoria?
Had the 8th team been aligned with NV I would have been worried about Vixens players moving but it isn’t so Vixens maintain the massive advantage of being VIS aligned.

Cardwell could be a possibility 🤷♀️ A Cardwell/Garbin circle would look pretty good. A midcourt Browne, Jovic and Sam Winders? Maybe Dehaney back to Vic, teaming up with Ward.
