I just tried to start a thread for this five minutes ago and it uploaded and then I went to edit it and it said I was no longer allowed to reply to this topic?

ANyways, kind of surprised that Thunderbirds would be the first to do this but considering the number of internationals we had last season, I can’t say I’m surprised by the actual news. When they say that $90,000 has been suspended does that mean they may not have to pay the rest of the fine as long as they do not breach their ‘warning’ status?

Yeah, they don’t have to pay the other $90,000 as long as they don’t do the same thing again.

I don’t understand how this is allowed to happen – like Saracens Rugby in the UK – when surely they have accountants who can do sums?!
