Question from a Kiwi. What is the benefit of being added to the 20-odd squad unless you don’t make the final 12?

Is it some sort of contract/remuneration thing?

Does anyone think either Proud or RBD could make the trip to Birmingham?

Proud should definitely (based on form). But ye, I doubt either will make the 12.

@WeWood my understanding is that yes, some sort of retainer is paid to Squad members. That’s why there is a set number of squad members.
Also they attend the Diamonds training camps.
