Totally disagree. MRB has been performing all season even when Crampton was not. As for Poi, she actually looks like she might be suffering from long COViD. She looks sluggish. I watched her game against the Magic and she was struggling to move up and down the court.

As for Heffernan, no athlete goes into a game not wanting to be there especially when every game is a trial for the SFs. She got outplayed plain and simple.

MRB played superbly tonight against Heffernan. Feel for Poi – just hasn’t found her form this season.

Yeah but they only got better when they left.

What’s been nice about watching Crampton and Reuelu-Buchanan is that they are both natural attacking players and this makes for fast, long, and polished netball. NT has been obsessed with picking a defensive C like Winders and Kersten and in my opinion, neither one of them has that natural attacking prowess and are too predictable.

Maybe NT is looking for the next Langman, who knows. But I wish she would think outside the square and look to Reuelu or Poi (or both) to fill that C gap.

I wouldn’t include Wilson either. She’s had another average season. The stars actually had more attempts than the Mystics but shooting let them down. I do hope Ekenasio is primed for CGs because we need her. I would also choose Metuarau and Dunn. A bit undecided about the 4th shooter.

Totally agree about Nweke. Crying because she’s getting pushed around us a real concern. Don’t think she’s ready. I would take Dunn over her

Have always loved Mila Reuelu-Buchanan and this season she has been incredible. Tonight she put all her skills on display. Was beautiful to watch

Yes I was joking Nesian. Obviously Netball NZ has assessed the situation and no doubt taken into account Mila’s character and work ethic, and drawn the conclusion that while it was wrong, it certainly didn’t warrant her losing her entire career over. Good on them for being an understanding and fair employer unlike the workplace poor Minkie works for.

Sounds like the party was huge! It included Mila, her partner, and two others, one of whom was a nurse. Must’ve been a raging party. They all deserve to lose their jobs! Mila and her partner should never be allowed to play their respective sports again and that nurse friend of theirs should lose her nursing registration! Who cares that they are only young and like most young people, will make mistakes!! They should be made to pay for the rest of their lives! Being publicly shamed and receiving a written warning is not enough!
