Interesting article, kind of looking into the lead up of Alexander being fired. Interesting to note that at the 2019 NA Awards night, her husband realised the NA board members were avoiding Alexander and within weeks of that, NA was told that she had lost two finals and ‘that was it’ and the position was opened up for new applicants. Also interesting to hear about the constant scrutiny that comes from within the netball community which is different from the media coverage type scrutiny that other sports get.
She also touched on getting the role in the first place and that a lot of people didn’t like her for it because she wasn’t a previous Daimodns player.
