1/4 time: Stars 14-11
Good performance so far from Stars. Their defence has rattled Pulse on occasions, bringing out some errors. Meanwhile, Sigi Burger is having a good game, well fed by Gabby Marshall.
1/2 time: Stars 28-23
Stars maintained the pressure in the 2nd Q and extended their lead by 2 goals. Late in the Q, Pulse lifted however and they started to put more pressure on the Stars feeders. Funmi Fadoju is looking more dangerous.
3/4 time: 38-38
A big turnaround here. After trailing by 8 not long before half time, Pulse hit the front in that Q. To make matters worse, Jas Brown was suspended for 2 minutes after a challenge on Liv Tchine which saw them both end up on the floor.
Full time: Pulse 52-48
Congratulations to Pulse. Proved just a bit too good as the game wore on. POTM was Halimat Adio.
After the game, it was all about the Stars. Lots of emotion on display. They certainly put up a great show in their last game.

Grand Final:
1/4 time: Lightning 14-12
What a great contest. No easy possessions. After Lightning’s fast start, Thunder warmed into the game and finished the quarter well, forcing several turnovers. Josie Huckle and Mary Cholhok are having a great battle.
1/2 time: Lightning 33-27
Just as Thunder appeared to be getting the upper hand, Lightning lifted and they had the better of the end of the second quarter. Panagarry having a great game for them. Rhea Dixon playing an important role in GA.
3/4 time: Lightning 49-42
Lightning’s lead got out to double figures before Thunder pegged them back late to give themselves a chance. Panagarry was suspended for 2 minutes after a late challenge on Ella Bowen. Lightning on top but Thunder not out of it.
Lightning are NSL champs for the third time!!!
Full time: Lightning 70-54
Mary Cholhok seals it in emphatic style with her longest shot of the game, and the Lightning celebrations begin. Thunder never gave up, but Lightning was too good. POTM Rhea Dixon
