You can check the ‘unannounced’ section of the NS team lists 🙂
Think it’s just Tara Hinchliffe (and technically we don’t know about the Mavs)
do you think tara will resign
for some reason i remember thinking that ervin was on a 1 year contract.Wonder who the new GK is for the firebirds?
yeah especially because I can’t imagine that nweke and jackson would leave.
I genuinely have no clue. Elle temu?If only we could identify netballers by their fingernails lol
OMG WHO IS IT
any predictions
maybe temu because red fingernails like swifts, i doubt it tho?Hey StatsNerd21… people online have guessed Ash Barnett based purely on the nails. Ha ha. She won the Firebirds Futures MVP at the recent Awards Night and has that same nail polish in several Instagram pics.
Not Jackson – wrong shaped legs and body. Will find out in 5 mins 🙂 could be Temu.
And it is Ash Barnett.
The Queensland Firebirds have finalised their 2025 roster, which includes six Queensland pathways athletes.
Is this the squad to elevate the Firebirds into the top four next season?📸 Simon Leonard, Kylie de Souza, Josh Collins, May Bailey #SSN2025 pic.twitter.com/FUWlBzNeff

That’s an extremely inexperienced defence end.
Was hoping too see Ash as 11th player
unless Shearer has a breakout season (similiar to Ash ervin) i cant imagine Firebirds will be able to improve greatly
With a huge target in Cholhok, I wouldn’t underestimate what they could be capable of next year.
Shearer showed huge potential this year, in her limited court time. Had a huge showing against JFN.
I think this team looks well balanced. Why do I feel the firebirds went for inexperience over experience because Jackson (jury) couldn’t get an exemption?
Firebirds have the most exciting line up for next year imo. After next year what will the swifts do? They’ll be without a shooter because Nweke will have to play back in NZ in 2026 to compete in the com games? Presuming netball is one of the 10 sports.
