Pulse gets the win. The end Mystics went to in the last q was definitely the scoring end, but they just couldn’t make enough out of it and Pulse wins 55-53.

      This competition is so unpredictable!

Pulse were the better team for most of the match. But I thought they were going to shoot themselves to a loss with that shooting percentage! It is something they need to address before their next game.

Awesome game from Gordon! Noel’s wouldn’t have liked to see the head high done on her though

From what I saw the head high was a stray arm after the collision and she started to fall. It wasn’t the cause of the fall.
Interesting that when Faulkner was taken out in the goal circle that Mason wasn’t even cautioned and she had taken Faulkner’s landing spot.

Following on from the commotion re the time up in last weeks game did anyone notice the game clock was out of time when Metuarau scored at the end of the third quarter?

I don’t think michaela sokolich beatson had any real shot at getting that intercept though so it was all in all dangerous. The one with Mason was a bit more complicated by Faulkners arms/limbs being everywhere when she jumped

Mason’s one looked like she had tripped over and she caught Falkners leg on the way down – atleast that’s what it looked like on the replay

Wow, Stars only just ahead of Steel. Could this be Steel’s first win?

Steel could have should have, can’t see the Stars winning many if anymore games if they keep playing like tonight.

Really looking forward to seeing Magic shooting end/ Tactix defense end later today. I wonder if DNT and crew will be watching again…surely.

I think the Steel are improving but the Stars weren’t particularly sensational last night either. Lucky to take that win.
