Mystics v StarsAnyone know if Temu and Fitzpatrick are back yet? Could swing expected results slightly.
Haven’t heard but regardless think it’ll still be a close game
I think probably Temu – she twisted her ankle badly last season and was back within two weeks. Fitzpatrick I think not nor Earle. Toeava had heavy heavy strapping around her knee/quad at training.
Can’t see DNT selecting anyone carrying a niggle for the WC no matter how good they are. Speedy recovery everyone. Rore being the exception in the WC19.
Pulse v Stars

GK Elle Temu16 all at quarter time. Stars were out by 3 at one stage in the first quarter.
Very clinical, few opportunities for defenders to intercept or deflect. The stats on the teev say one intercept, but none are recorded on the stats page mcc.championdata.
Gordon off with a problem with her knee.
35-32 to Stars at half time.
Nawai-Caucau doing a great job on Walmsley and Mason takes a screamer in the centre third to return the ball to the Pulse shooters just before half time.
Gordon back on but looked restricted heading down court on defence.
Stars leading 52-48 at 3/4 time.
52-48 to Stars at three quarter time. The commentators mention that Gordon seems to be trying to favour her right leg when landing. I thought that too and it looked less natural.
64-62 to Pulse at full time. Jury was quiet for most of the game, but some great plays in that last quarter.
