Am I right in saying that Wallam the goal shooter from Perth also plays for Leeds?
Interesting signing! Retired a few months ago, but now playing next year. Plus knee issues.
If she is fully fit, what a star signing.
Iona, yes, Wallam has also been signed by Leeds – will be interesting to see how she works with Browne.
Kate Eddy re-signs for Vixens! YAY!
So who is left to sign. Gusgoth, Sterling??, anyone else.
McLeod – Vixens 2 shooters & 1 mid courter, Thunderbirds – 2 defenders.

And giants. One player
Considering Vixens are the only team left with a shooting position and probably had a gameplan for who they wanted sign prior to Fever’s announcment, I would say it is unlikely Stanton will be contracted in 2021. She probably will be a training partner at one of the clubs but not contracted full time.
Does anyone know when game day squad size will be announced?
The signing period is up soon. Surely it will be around then. Clearly each team will be 10 plus training partners, but it would be good if you could use 2 training partners each game.
Agreed I wish for 2 extra players on the bench. Then players like Honey and Smith wouldn’t have to fight for the same spot. And teams could take a gamble with Stanton knowing they can have a mother shooter in the bench
Brandley to Giants
I believe now only Thunderbirds have 2 defenders and Vixens 2 shooters to name4 circle defenders in a team of 10 is so unbalanced, especially when you haven’t signed a specialist WA.
So I guess Pitman has essentially been forced into retirement?
Agree, the Giants team is just way too unbalanced. Could’ve taken another attacking mid courter because that WA depth is lacking if you assume Austin will play most of the season at GA -
