Te Amo was tired in the 4th quarter. But she did do well to make it that far. She usually drops off in the third. So I guess there is some improvement for her. If she starts her off season right now! Works hard and makes some gains! I think she will be good for Pulse next year.

Good call. I didn’t hold much hope for them when she was announced.

I hated her starting 7. Jury in GD. Gordan played everywhere after winning a championship in WA where she was outstanding. Tibble nowhere near the fitness levels, died out in every 2nd half. Nawai, well this would be a good experience for her. But she wasn’t up to it and very high in penalties. The biggest balls up was Mason just sitting on that bench. Such a huge talent and a wasted opportunity.

Onwards and upwards for Pulse. Don’t bring back any coaches that didn’t win anything from the past.

I think Noels will have a good sit down with Maia and see where she is at. A break might be what’s needed here. I have never seen her shoot this bad in her 5 years playing at this level. It’s not just the missed shots, but her entire demeanour has significantly changed. I hope she can sort out what’s going on. Player welfare must be addressed.

It will come down to fitness and I think Maia, Hume, TP, Mes and Falkner will have that in buckets. So possibly could see a team without Dunn, Nweke and Metuarau.

TP 1st choice. Because she’s been around forever and she hasn’t had the chance to really shine in the black dress. Work load is good, in circle feeds seamless and is now experienced enough. I would like to see better shooting from her. Which I’m sure Noeline will address. The way she got them into form at the Nations Cup was a testament to that.

Great game!!! Well down Steel! So clinical and like Metuarau said, a strange mix of girls lol. But it works!

I would say unlucky to Stars, but Kiri hesitated with that change that needed to happen in the 1st quarter.

I hope Maia can find herself in this off season. Please never make another shooter in NZ a captain.

Definitely off court personal problems there. Her head isn’t in the game at all. Kiri needs to step up as a coach and either change it or fix it.

Why is Sinclaire in WD against one of the most experienced WAs in NZ? Where is Mathers? Is she pregnant? Haven’t heard any injuries from her.

Harrison being Harrison in that 1st quarter. Wow! Steel not doing bad either. Both goal shooters have the yips. Game might be won by the GAs.
